Studio Policies

Important: Please read carefully

Scheduling Classes
We accept payment for classes and allow clients to manage their schedules online using MINDBODY software. Please click the create a login and follow the prompts to establish your account. Let us know if you need help with this!

Waitlist:

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the wait list! It really works!

  • If you see a class that is full, click on it, and it will ask you if you want to add your name to the wait list. If the wait list is full it will tell you that too.
  • If a spot opens up, you will receive an email or text confirmation and be added to the class.
  • If you have received an email or text confirmation that you have been added to the class from the wait list but still see that you are ‘unconfirmed’ when logging into your account, you are still confirmed in that class.

IMPORTANT: It is assumed that by being on the wait list, you WANT to take the class. If you can’t make it to class, you must “early cancel” the class or remove yourself from the wait list at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time to avoid being charged any late cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 12-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no shows result in the deduction of 1 session for session package holders and a $10 charge to the client’s credit card for memberships or specials. We do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy!

Package Expiration
Unless otherwise indicated, packages of group classes expire 6 months from activation. Packages and auto-pay memberships cannot be extended, canceled or put on hold before end of initial 6 months!

Instructor and Schedule Changes
Classes and scheduled instructors are subject to change or cancellation. A minimum of 2 people needed for a class to be taught!

Sales are Final and Not Transferable
Sales of classes and merchandise are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable. Packages or unlimited group reformer classes cannot be shared. Only one class per day for memberships!

If you have made a reservation for class and are not present after ten minutes, you will be marked as “late cancel/no show” and your spot may be given away.

No Children Allowed
Children or dogs are not allowed in the studio during class times.

Tread Socks
Socks with a gripping sole are required. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

Required Forms
Prior to your first class, you will be required to review and sign a Client Agreement and Waiver of Liability common to the fitness industry. You will be able to review and consent when you set up your log in for the Mind-Body scheduling software.
