Movements are performed on a variety of apparatus with adjustable spring tensions to strengthen areas of weakness and to integrate balance, alignment and flexibility for the whole body. To assist progress, props and small equipment devices are also part of the Pilates repertoire, allowing clients to take their excercise program home.
